The base is made from sturdy cast aluminum with fiberglass arms. The fiberglass arms will flex in strong winds, transfering some of the load off the banner. The result is... banners that last longer.

A single banner system comes with everyhting that is needed for 1 street pole banner like the picture above (excluding banner). A double banner system carries everything you need if you have a banner on either side of a pole.
