1) By using NorthStar Flags' Design Tool I will not receive a virtual proof.
The image I created is my proof and is ready to be made into my chosen custom product.
2) If you received a message in the designer concerning the quality of your artwork and you do not choose an upgraded
option to enhance your artwork for the best print quality, NorthStar Flags will put your custom product into production
"AS IS" meaning - no changes will be made by NorthStar (even if requested in the comment section). If any changes are
needed you must choose one of the upgraded artwork options. Each option explains the scope of the work that will be
done to enhance your artwork. We really want to make sure you have a great looking product. Good artwork is essential
in making that happen.
3) All spelling, grammar, color choices and images are correct. NorthStar will not make any changes or corrections.
4) Colors on screen may vary from actual printed colors or may vary from printed out colors on your desktop printer.
This may happen because of your graphics card in your computer or the way your desktop printer interprets the
on-screen colors. If unsure, just call and we can help! 800-958-3009
5) You have permission to use the image you have provided to us to create your custom product.
6) If you had a in hands date you have read and understand standard production times. The bottom line is once you submit
your design (right or wrong) it will be printed as it was submitted. So please make sure everything is correct.
What seems like an obvious correction to you may not be to us. So the easiest thing to do is if you're not sure
OR there is something unique about your design, just call us.
