M Winch

Product Description

The “M” - Winch is gearless and self locking at any point, eliminating the need for a separate break. This direct drive winch provides for rapid raising & lowering of the flag with little effort. This improved design does not require any welding thus avoiding discoloration when an anodized finish is required. No monthly lubrication is needed and this winch system is easily adaptable to existing on-site flagpoles. The winch is inserted into the pole and secured with a stainless steel bolt on the back side of the pole. Standard colors are Silver, Bronze, White & Black. At the bottom of the winches listed below for purchase are the "M" handles required to fit into the winch to raise and lower your flag. Handle M5 is for Internal Flagpoles with a base diameter of 5", Handle M6 - M14 is for Internal Flagpoles with a base diameter and 6" to 14".

The items are listed by color and the butt diameter of the flagpole the winch fits into. The 5" and 12" winches will ONLY fit into flagpoles that match that particular butt diameter in addition to that particular wall thickness listed. All other winches below that do not specifically list the wall thickness can fit into any pole that matches the pole diameter. Wall thickness is not a concern.
